22.01.2022 Today marks the end of another chapter in my working life. 4 years ago I started Quinntessential Psychology and just under 3 years ago I moved into this space.... It has served me and my clients well over the years. It has allowed me to work in a way that served my own health and well-being which in turn has allowed me to continue to do the work that I love with my clients. From Monday I will be working out of my new office at The Compassionate Well-Being Centre. A few years ago I wasn’t sure if I would be able to continue the work I do and now I am opening up a new space that I have dreamed about for a long time. To start I will be doing Telehealth appointments only and then Covid19 dependent we will be welcoming clients into the space soon. It’s a weird feeling packing up and making choices about what I want to take with me and what I no longer want or need. It makes me think about life in general. How we move through different stages of our lives and at different times we need or want different things. It’s ok to let things go, it’s ok to let people go and it’s ok to take them along with you too. Whatever works for you is what works for you. I’m excited to furnish my new space and settle in there and look forward to welcoming my clients old and new to the space. Go well and go gently with yourself
