16.01.2022 Here’s some quick overall info on what you’ll receive with my 12 Week Challenge starting this Monday. Taking final entries for my 12 week starting this coming Monday , 14th of September

15.01.2022 Today marked the wrap up for completing my second challenge to date! Thanks to those who signed up to it, you guys are the ones who really gave me the drive to deliver the best challenge I could! This challenge was only the start for me... a test to see how I could balance this with my other work. I’m stoked with how everything turned out with it but definitely a few things I’ve taken away to make my next challenge a step up from this one.... My next Challenge will no doubt be focused on (a lot) more prizes, competitors and communication structures. And hopefully by then I’ll be full time with my PT again so I can really deliver something on another level! Thanks again for anyone who’s been supporting my dream become reality I’m now taking on clients for online based coaching and programming coming into 2021.
