25.01.2022 Hey guys, as you can imagine i am inundated with requests to postpone and cancel orders. This will take a bit of time so please be patient with me. For postponed orders the deposit and any other payments will be transferred across to the new date once locked in. Cancelled orders will be refunded with the exception of any admin fees that cover the quoting and invoicing work already done. Please note, i am still open for small orders if anyone is wanting to place any orders for cakes or cupcakes

21.01.2022 Hey guys, I hope you're all having a great week Just another friendly reminder that I am not open or contactable 24/7. I have business hours listed on my page and website that tell you when my door is open. Lately I am getting more and more people repeatedly inboxing, emailing, calling and texting, some of which are rather rude, because i haven't replied to a message within a day or 2. I'm needing everyone to understand that at any given time i have 20+ messages/emails to ...get through and work from oldest to newest, so every time you send a new message it puts you at the end of the list again unfortunately, so patience is key, I will get to your message I promise Also, I am not a shop but I do work like one so when my business hours end I lock the door and walk away. I shouldn't be expected to open early or stay open late just because people have decided that they can't make it within these times. I am putting my foot down these days and will no longer be as lenient I'm sorry so please make sure when picking up orders you are on time. Like everyone else, I deserve days off to spend with my family so I really hope everyone can understand that I do my best to keep everyone happy but at the end of the day, mine and my family's happiness is the most important thing to me See more

16.01.2022 I thought whilst I'm talking house keeping it might be good to just touch base about payments and pickups also. Each week I'm chasing up payments and getting endless messages and calls about pickup days, times and the address etc. This is an example of my invoice below and as it shows, all this information is clearly visible. Payment amounts and dates are also in the email sent with the invoice, as well as reminders sent a few days prior to payment dates so as you can all sur...ely understand, it is rather frustrating to be constantly chasing up payments and replying to messages/calls about pick up details. Please ensure when you receive your invoice to read it and note down payment dates etc as from now on, if I have to chase up a payment then there will be a $15 admin fee added to the final payment amount to cover my time and in some cases, if it's too late for me to start, the orders will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. 12.01.2022 What a crazy time we are dealing with right now. I hope everyone is doing well, staying cool and staying safe. In between dealing with cancellations and postponements we have been unpackaging some goodies and doing some more organising of the Quintessential HQ. In the very near future we will start offering edible images and custom cake toppers so we had a play around today and printed some designs. How cute is my elephant

11.01.2022 Ive had a cake become available. Vanilla covered in Fondant to feed 24-30 people - $75. Can be frozen for an event in the future if needed. (This cake would usually be $155 so this is a bargain) I also have a Loot Llama cake topper. The base is 7" so will fit most cake sizes - $50.... Pick up is Woodcroft.

05.01.2022 I still have this guy available. He is made of foam and decorated with fondant that will set hard and keep for years as long as he's kept away from dust. His base is 7" long (legs approx 5" apart) and will fit on a 7"+ cake - $50.
