22.01.2022 Hi everyone, I look forward to welcoming the lovely ladies who have already booked in via fb or contacted me personally this Saturday to learn how to eliminate synthetic perfumes from their personal care routines. They will learn how to replace them with gorgeous plant essential oils instead that don't contain fragrances, phthalates or parabens that will disrupt their endocrine systems and add to their toxic load, rather they will learn how to combine top, middle and base notes to make two blends of their choice to take home to enjoy. If anyone else is interested in learning about this we can accomodate a few more this Saturday otherwise the next class is Sunday 19th May.

03.01.2022 Plea to Everyone I know - please take 15 minutes to listen to Jessie Reimers about the dangers of 5G. My concern over smart meters and wireless technology led me to study Building Biology, i am so thankful i did. However, we have a threat to human health that we haven't been faced with in the past due to technological advances which are wonderful but not at the cost of human health!!! I am not going to write pages about this, listen to Jessie's message and share far and wide, we need to do something before its too late!
