23.01.2022 Needed/Wanted 3-4 Men to help unload truck/pallets for Quota Community Pantry in Quirindi must be reliable and available on Wednesday's. Must have a current Working with Children's Check done. This is a Volunteer position. Must be able to lift heavy boxes. Need to be trust worthy and honest and able to take direction from Volunteer manager. Only required to unload into Pantry for approx 1-2 hours every week on a Wednesday no set time will be notified when load/truck due in. 18.01.2022 Quota Quirindi Community Pantry is celebrating their 1st Anniversary this coming week. Anniversary date 10th October 2020. Community Pantry team would like to make a special thanks to CWA and Harvest Pantry in Werris creek for their donations on getting us up and started a year ago today. To celebrate our 1st year anniversary of being open we are having a lucky door prize for 1 customer and Free items plus specials through out our Pantry on Tuesday 13th and Thursday the 15th... October to say Thank you. We would like to thank all the volunteers and community for their donations to our fund raiser garage sale that we had to raise money to be able to reopen. A big Thank You to all our valued customer's that has supported us over the past year. I would also like to take the time to a knowledge and Thank all the wonderful Volunteers and Michele our Manager (for keeping or the Ladies and gents in order) for all their hard work and dedication towards the Pantry with out you all we wouldn't have a Pantry and able to help our Community as much as we have. In the past year we have been able to donate money to local non for profit organisations, give out more hampers then we could count and able to fund the Community Garden to be up and running again.
