24.01.2022 Come along this weekend to the annual Quirindi Polo Tournament - both Saturday and Sunday. All welcome with light refreshments, morning & afternoon tea and gourmet rolls for lunch available. Gogo Espresso Coffee will also come to visit both mornings. 24.01.2022 Quirindi have won their first round today in extra time against Branch Creek. They're playing Scone in the final of the Northern Challenge Cup tomorrow at 2.30pm. Come down and cheer your local team on.

23.01.2022 Flash back 9 years ago!! When things were lush, the ponies were fat and we had teams from all over the countryside fighting for this beauty. Well, things are a bit different this year, but whilst the big girl won’t be coming out due to the conditions at present and a lower goal contention, we are thankful to still be holding some great polo over the weekend. The Eric Cadell and Robert Simson cups are both up for grabs. Please come and support your local club in what are tough times for the district. We’d love to see you there!!

19.01.2022 This is what the fight is for this weekend.....The Northern Champion Challenge Cup of NSW dates from 1899. It is not the first polo cup in Australia but it is indeed the oldest perpetual trophy that is still competed for in Australia. A team from Quirindi Polo Club, however, was not able to win it until 1958, making that a very special year for the club......I wonder if they can do it in 2017??? Come and see.....

16.01.2022 The mighty North Star team of 1982 with the Northern Champions Challenge Cup! L-R Ross McGilvray, Robert Doolin, Malcolm Doolin and Alex Makim. This team was undefeated during their 1982 campaign. Will North Star be able to do it again in 2017??? Come and see this Saturday and Sunday......everyone welcome!!

15.01.2022 Congratulations Quirindi taking out the A Grade final against Carmyle today at Gunnedah Polo Tournament. Well done James Hockey, Doug Munro, Scott McCreery and Haydn O’Leary. Looking forward to our own Quirindi tournament this coming weekend.

13.01.2022 The 2013 Quirindi team winning the Northern Champions Challenge Cup. L-R Mick Hockey, Matty Grimes, Malcolm Pursehouse and Will Gilmore. This was the last time the cup was contested due to wash out......come along to see the results of 2017!!

13.01.2022 Congratulations to Tamarang polo club for winning the A Grade final against Wirragulla and to the Quirindi B team for winning the B Grade final against Tamarang B. Thankyou to everyone that came and supported our club either on the field, behind the scenes, or on the sidelines in such dry and trying times for us all. See you all next year when we pray it’ll be so green the ponies will be too fat!!

05.01.2022 Looking for something to do this weekend? What about something fun for Dad on Father's Day? Come over to the Quirindi polo fields (Milner Parade) and watch some of the furious action on the field. The weather forecast is perfect. Both days have a licensed bar and lunch provided by Liza White's Supervan. Bring a picnic, bring the kids, bring your friends!! Everyone welcome.

01.01.2022 Congratulations to Scone for taking out the Northern Champions Challenge Cup. It was a hard fought battle by Quirindi who were winning for most of the game only to have their cup winning dream snatched away in the final chukka. It was a hard and fast game with all players and ponies stretched to their limits - what an amazing display of horsemanship by all. Well done to both teams. Here we have Doug Munro, Will White, Jack Archibald and Alex Warner with the prestigious trophy.
