Your final clue is a little different! this is what's called an "impossible figure"... But can you tell me the artist who is considered the Father of Impossible Figures? Bet you can't! (unless you google it I guess...)

Well you've got Jewells Tavern! 7pm has Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club , Hunter River Hotel, Cheeky Dog, Edgeworth Bowling Club! and finish up with Mary Ellen Hotel, Merewether at 8! Were travelling again! Only because we can't... actually travel... But we're off to the land of Love, of food and wine and, most importantly, of cheese!

It turns out last week was a good time to go on the hunt for cash Our friends at Clarendon Hotel Newcastle laid down $750, challenging our player's knowledge of Norwegian synth-pop. Now I can never sort my Apoptygma Berzerk from my Röyksopp or my Fra Lippo Lippi. But not the 1912 Titanic Swim Team! They took one look at our pic and yelled A-Ha! Luckily they then wrote that answer down, because that's how skins works. If you know any of our maritime disaster survivors, tag them in! Maybe they can introduce me to Leonardo DiCaprio.

19.01.2022 We have another #Jackpot #Winner!!! We are so pleased to see the cash train rolling again! This time it is one our good friends over at the Mary Ellen Hotel, Merewether! This picture shows 9 very pleased #trivia players. What you can't see is the 1 very unhappy non-trivia player. I feel their team name will adequately explain the situation. Meet "Luke, if you're not here next week, you're a virgin". Oh Luke you really picked the wrong week to go out doing virgin things (...starting an airline, making a premium olive oil, drinking non-alcoholic cocktails, we all know about virgin things). 17.01.2022 Well, another week has come to a close, and there's a few more quizzes to play! Head on out tonight! . . . .... . . . Belmont Hotel, Shoal Bay Country Club , Merewether Bowling Club and The Mark Hotel Lambton all kick off at 7pm! Bradford Hotel Rutherford follows at 7.30, and the evening is rounded off with an 8pm quiz at Clarendon Hotel Newcastle Our final stop on our way home - a Southeast Asian city-state, with the second highest population density in the world! This place is a true melting pot of races, religions and languages!

17.01.2022 CASH JACKPOT TIME For the 3rd stop on or victory lap it's the Bradford Hotel Rutherford. We dropped the biggest score of the week here: a whopping $600!!! We had another infamous hero take out or jackpot at the Bradford. This time it was El Kabong, which if my spanish is as good as I think it is, translates to The Kabong. ... Our Kabongers have been criticised once or twice for sitting in front of the TV. Some criticisms have even suggested that their taste in TV might not be the best. But i would never say that about these angels. When they saw the jackpot questions Charlie was the quick draw, proving he was the fastest pen in the pub. 14.01.2022 WINNER! WINNER! MICROWAVABLE CHICKEN DINNER!! Our final winners last week were at the Clarendon Hotel Newcastle. I said at the start of the week that we gave away $1650, and the maths geniuses amongst you would notice that we have accounted for $1600 already. That means this team better like pineapple! There have been some great showdowns in history:... - Ali v. Frazier - Ford v. Ferrari - Alien v. Predator But nothing compares to our winners at the Clarendon: Giant Douche v. Turd Sandwich! Most people thought that because Clarendon gave away their jackpot the week before, there was no chance it would happen the next week. But when out team saw the question they knew 3 things: It was That, it's 80's and it's a Show. With these critical puzzle pieces they managed to snag the win! Proving a jackpot can go off at any time. If you know Giant Douche or Turd Sandwich tag them below and then maybe they can fill us all in on the name of that 80's show. Otherwise we can all just have a guess.

13.01.2022 It's #Humpday! You know what that means: the return of 10 of our favourite venues for a quizzing good time! Now that State of Origin is over those venues that had changes to the way they run will be returning to normal. Plus we have an extra treat for you this week. Firstly lets talk our regular venues. The Blackbutt Hotel and Albion Hotel, Newcastle return to their Wednesday slot this week, kicking off at 7:30 alongside The Grand Hotel Newcastle which is making it's triumpha...nt return. Our friends at the FogHorn Brewery and Mayfield West Bowling Club will rejoin Club Lemon Tree, Hamilton North Bowling Club, Belmont Golf and Bowls for their regular 7pm quiz And to lead us all off is Club Catalina - Rathmines Bowlo from 6:30 As a special treat The Beach Hotel will be holding a special Harry Potter themed quiz tonight from 7pm before returning to the regular trivia format. Head on over with wands at the ready! Finally is the matter of our clue. She is a brilliant comedian who has starred on Saturday Night Live and Mean Girls, hosted the Oscars three times, and even appeared as Ruth in the hit classic Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo. If you know who she might be, have a crack in the comments!

And we'll polish the night off with Mary Ellen Hotel, Merewether at 8! Here is the Kunsthaus museum - it's a marvel of modern architecture, just bery *very* careful how you pronounce it... Which city might you find it in though?

Did you know that one of Amy Poehler's first roles was as "Woman getting squirted" in the 1998 film Tomorrow Night. Isn't that interesting.

10.01.2022 JACKPOT TIME Tonight's winners are courtesy of the friendly folks from FogHorn Brewery. Another $500 brings our total so far to $1000 for last week's jackpot wins. The Cliff Crusaders took some time out from their usual patrol route, policing drivers on the yet-to-be-built Bar Beach Bypass, to swing into Foghorn for a casual quizzing. Little did they know that their experience as crime fighters would pay off! They looked up at the screen and it was none other than The Winge...r, hero of a 2019 foiled carjacking! We will let you know who all of our victorious teams are throughout the week, along with a sneaky look at those jackpot questions to see if you would have stood a chance too.
