My absence from my restaurant, La Boucherie, has become less than conspicuous and I thought it time to officially hand over to the current proprietors and let you all know what is happening. Although this restaurant is the brainchild of months of hard work for me, my creative ambitions have taken me in a different direction and my love, Quoi Dining at Norwest, needs my attent...ion to continue providing a unique culinary experience to the residents of The Hills along with other global projects.
