25.01.2022 Good Afternoon Team, Due to the cancellation of our services this semester, we have come up with an easy workout regime to keep you guys and fit during quarantine. This routine will allow for anyone who aren’t sure how to get started with exercises that are best suited for home We highly encourage peer involvement, so if you find this workout easy, then take up the challenge to do it again!!... We also urge everyone to practice social/ physical distancing during these circuses and to maintain good hygiene at all times
