25.01.2022 Congratulations Chloe Brown on securing a full-time role teaching Year 2 at John Paul College! Chloe was a recipient of the Soaring Scholarship, a JPC and #QUT initiative to help students gain further real-world experience and professional learning during their #QUT studies. As Chloe embarks on her teaching career, we asked what impact she hopes to make in this rewarding profession: "My goal is for every student in my class to enjoy coming to school. I really believe that whe...n students feel safe and valued they are most likely to have social, academic and personal success, both in the classroom and in their daily lives. I want to strive to make the learning in my classroom not only engaging but relevant to the lives of the students. My goal is to nurture the innate curiosity that children possess and to support them to be intrinsically motivated by the wonder of learning, through purposeful and planned inquiry." See more
