22.01.2022 A year ago today, our team lost a valued and inspirational friend, Tom Hardyman who was our Vehicle Dynamics Lead from 2018-2020. Over the past year, our team have missed him greatly and have strived to remember Tom in every way we can. His mindset is one we all admired and what we aim to embody every day when we come to the team to learn. Last year, our 2020 electric vehicle was named in honour of Tom, after his favourite Formula One driver Lando Norris. This year we will be... competing with ‘Lando’, in the FSAE-A competition with the aims of achieving some amazing results in his honour. To remember him, our team created a book for his family, signed by our members which included some of our favourite photos and memories of his time in QUT Motorsport. We are thinking of the Hardyman family today and everyday. #RacingForTom

01.01.2022 A few weeks ago, the team held our information sessions for prospective members; introducing them to QUT Motorsport and our New Member Project Program. This will be the second consecutive year our team has run the program and we look forward to distributing the tasks that will assist new members in their integration into the team.
