20.01.2022 We have had so much fun while keeping safe on our Tuesday and Wednesday group at R&B. A Big welcome back to our friend Robert, we missed you. We have cooked healthy low fat cheesecake in cups, carrot cake, vegetarian patties and so much more while learning portion sizes.... A lot of fun at Tenpin Bowling, creative art, exercise, money management and education. Well done everyone and thank you for bringing in your big smiles.

11.01.2022 We have been busy and creative while having so much fun on our Tuesday and Wednesday group, Tye dye, shell and ocean canvas work, key ring making, clay work beautiful flower and bowls, tea light holders. A big thank you to Karen for teaching advanced art our texture canvas work turned out incredible. We enjoyed our Twintown show Tommy Memphis, our exercise with lsabel. 06.01.2022 Another very creative fun couple of weeks on our Tuesday and Wednesday group. We have been busy having fun with clay making figurines, lots of cooking healthy treats, exercise and a lot of laughter. Welcome Annette we are so happy you came and joined our group. We will be creating a clay figurine show which will be posted on our facebook page in late November.

03.01.2022 The last couple of weeks on our Tuesday and Wednesday group we have enjoyed halloween, Melbourne cup, tie dye, exercise, planting herbs and having a bbq. We have had a lot of laughter and fun.
