It’s a family friendly event for all ages. We will have a booth there this year in support of our emergency services and hopefully be performing a fly past and water drop, stay tuned..

16.01.2022 Meet the newest member of the RMACH team... the new Solid Loader set up for fertilizer, solid herbicide, seeding, rodent, beetle baiting. The produce can be scooped off a horizontal surface, like a pad or can be lifted into the bucket with our jib mounted on the bucket. Makes our job faster and safer!

13.01.2022 It’s nearly fire season for sunny CQ!! If you are a remote control airplane expect or like to just fly your drone in your backyard, please be mindful about our fire services when it comes to bushfire season. Remember if a drone is spotted while aircraft are conducting fire ops, the aircraft get grounded which can put lives and houses at risk. Not to mention put the safety of the pilots in danger.

08.01.2022 These pilots and ground crew have done a tremendous job over the past 6 days. Been a busy but satisfying time coordinating their tasking with the Rural Fire Ser...vice with limited communication but with everyone’s patience we got through. Final couple of flights tomorrow to check some hot spots and hopefully we have won this one with minimal loss, nil deaths, two houses lost out of hundreds saved. Pretty bloody good effort by everyone. See more

07.01.2022 SKY HIGH: A Rockhampton couple are taking their crusade to improve the way we fight bushfires in our region, to Canberra. They want the Federal Government to help them secure a Russian water bombing jet, which could be used to extinguish wild fires all over the country.
