23.01.2022 The Riverland Powerboat Club is set to hold its annual Australia Day long weekend meeting on the Berri Riverfront in January 2021. Saturday 23rd will be a closed water practice day with Sunday 24th being Race day. Due to Covid-19 and the current border restrictions, we are looking for expressions of interest. Any race teams planning to attend pending your state borders allowing you into South Australia at the time please comment below with your boat name and state you would ...be travelling from. *All COVID-19 rules will be adhered to across the 2 days which may also mean a limit on the amount of pit crew able to attend with each boat. There is still plenty of accommodation options available across the Riverland for these dates. We look forward to seeing a great field of boats on the water at Berri in January. Regards RPBC Committee

08.01.2022 IMPORTANT to all speed bracket races. Everyone competing in 85, 95 or 105mph class next weekend will need there GPS in their boats. After each race these will be checked and speeds recorded to keep the classes as even and fare as possible. You will need to have your own gps to use as the club can’t provide them for everyone. If there is any discrepancies throughout the day on a particular gps we will ask drivers to swap there units around between boats.... Recordings will be done by a couple of members of the club, we will let everyone know in drivers briefing who these people will be. Not long now, let’s go racing
