23.01.2022 Last one for the year, supply and fit a Hydraulic PTO drive to a CAT front end loader, it has a speed control with a relief to protect the motor and a DCV for the field bin lift cylinders with a relief valve. this loader hyd system is set at 4000 Psi . the system is made to be removed from the machine when not needed.

21.01.2022 Replace some rusted out tube with some hydraulic hoses

20.01.2022 Nice and early for a John Deere transmission overhaul and this one was just in time both pump and motor had smeared valve and bearing plates. Pump pistons starting to smear but all could be lapped up. Note blown out o-ring on the charge check, high pressure leakage = heat which would have caused most of the problems. This one was sent to Perth for testing.

20.01.2022 Repair a track cylinder off a Rogator. Machine up new rod reassemble and test. We did not bore the hole in the rod sender unit.

02.01.2022 Repair an old Vickers PVE21 PFC pump of a John Deere Tractor, it had blown the end out of the de-stroking piston. These pumps haven't been made for a very long time. It was good to be able to get the parts from TFP in QLD.
