21.01.2022 Evening team. Depending on weather our last beach session for tomorrow arvo will kick off at 4pm @ Pelican park Clontarf. Followed by An Hour in Aqua splash and a... quick feed to finish off. Feel free to bring a plate of you like no pressure. Will make a call to confirm by 1pm if weather is no good. Fingers crossed we are good to go. Hope to see you all there.
17.01.2022 Unfortunately the weather has let us down once again. Aqua splash has closed down due to weather and we are going to have to aswell. So today is cancelled team. In saying that the show must go on we will never give up but will let the storm pass and get back into it in the new year. ... Not the way we wanted to finish but we will definitely be back. We have gone through the pain over and over and have become better athletes but stronger people and I appreciate you all for choosing to trust R2Q to help you be better. Can’t wait to see you all in 2021 on the field showing what you all capable of. Thank you to all you parents for your continuous support in teaming up with us. Thank you all once again. 06.01.2022 Hey team. We have our last scheduled training session for this saturday but we have a few away for other commitments. We are looking to see if the group are interested for a beach session at Pelican park clontarf on Monday afternoon to finish off altogether. Followed by a quick swim at the aqua splash for some good fun with a feed to finish up before we break for xmas.... Will confirm on numbers so if you are keen let us know asap. With the progress and persistence the team has shown consistently will be happy to finish off with a fun night. Msg through or comment below guys. thank you have a good night.

As for Monday R2Q will be Gifting our superstars with free entry to Aqua Splash for all your hard earned efforts this 5weeks After a Little hit fit session. ...
