08.01.2022 Passing the ball is a vital skill in rugby & rugby league regardless of the position you play. The ability to competently deliver an accurate pass on both sides is something that takes practise to be consistent. Our program has a big focus on passing. We work on this skill at every session and work with every athlete individually to ensure their technique is correct. We cover a range of different types of passes along with working on decision making to identify the best pass to deliver depending on the situation.
