20.01.2022 Just in case you didn't already know, the amendments to the Residential Tenancies Act that were due to come into effect on 1 July 2020 have now been delayed by up to six months. This was requested by RAAV and also by REIV early on in the Victorian COVID-19 lockdown. We congratulate the government on a sensible decision to delay the start date to as late a 1 January 2021.
