22.01.2022 MODERN HAMPTONS ~ Shaker style cupboards, white sink, brass accents and timber flooring Swipe for before.

15.01.2022 POWDER ROOM ~ the hero of this room is definitely this gorgeous wallpaper from @miltonandking. Swipe for before, this was a dark and depressing room prior to the renovation we undertook. As per the prior en-suite, we kept the plumbing in place, we tiled to 1.2m, wallpapered the rest to ceiling, added a floating vanity, wall light and continued with our brass accessories from @abiinteriors. The overall look is now light, bright and happy

13.01.2022 Before and after bedroom goals How did we achieve the look? Storage was key so after we removed all the old furniture from the room we de cluttered and purchased a new closet from Ikea which was built into the wall by removing the skirting boards. New handles from Lo & Co added a touch of luxe. We added the graphic wallpaper from Grace Garrett which is the stand out for this room. The bed was upgraded and framed by two gorgeous prints from Norsu ... A new desk, side table and chair from Globewest was added Accessories such as soft furnishings, curtains to disguise the walk in closet, wall hooks, rug and ottoman were used strategically We installed a gorgeous pendant light from Milly and Eugene to add ambience and act as a night light See more

10.01.2022 Before and after. So what did we actually do? Remove all furniture Paint the walls white Add a navy feature wall... Upgrade the bed size Add a wall hanging in lieu of a bedhead, not only is this way more interesting but it is also cost effective Replace bedside table, study desk and drawers Purchase a new chair Add a floating shelf Add a pin board Add a pendant and table light Add a round rug to soften the harsh lines and add an ottoman for extra seating New bedding, artwork and accessories that tie in the look and feel of the wall hanging See more

07.01.2022 MAIN BATHROOM ~ many older bathrooms were designed with a seperate toilet and bath/shower room. Whether you knock down the wall seperating the two as we have done - swipe for before- or keep as is, is a personal decision. If you only have the one bathroom then it may makes sense to keep the two seperate. So, what did we we do here? 1. Knock down the wall separating the toilet and bath to create a larger open plan main bathroom. 2. Create a ‘wet’ zone on one side of the room.... This allowed for a larger open shower area. 3. Minor changes to the plumbing points meant the plumbing cost were kept down. 4. Create a sliding cavity door for better use of space. 5. Keep the colour palette consistent with blue/greens, but experimented with a less commonly used subway tile pattern layout to go with our beautiful floor tile. It’s a feast for the eyes and gives it its own signature and authenticity.

02.01.2022 LIGHT & BRIGHT ~ taking this ensuite from a dingy, dark and very dated space to one that makes everyone happy swipe for before. What did we do? The plumbing remained in the same spot to keep costs down and because the existing layout made sense. The old bathroom was ripped out & water damage was fixed. Sticking to a modern coastal look meant selecting light coloured tiles. These tiles from @tilecloud fit the brief perfectly, new tapware from @abiinteriors and vanity, plan...tation shutters and sensor lights complete the look. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ #bathroomdesign #bathroomreno #moderncoastal #interiordesign #interiors #rabbitandhippodesign #renovations #styling #bathroomremodel #coastal #interiors #interiorstyling See more
