25.01.2022 Grove Juice 100% Australian Owned by Aussie Farmers. Happy National Ag Day!

21.01.2022 So very devastating for the Mungindi community who rallied through the night to save their main street. Losing their only supermarket, butcher and Pj's. Neighbouring shops who had emptied out their stock last night were on cleanup today repacking shelves and putting their businesses back together. Thinking of you Mungindi. x

17.01.2022 I've been looking for a story like this for years and this guy just walks on into my home town Moree, NSW. This 2 minute clip is just a tiny part of his story. On Sunday i'll be flying to Canberra to film John Elliott arriving at Parliament house on Monday. When the camel train reaches Parliament house lawn it will mark the 2,000km point in his journey. He'd love to have a beer with our Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP if anyone can arrange that? After Canberra, John... will venture to Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory and finish on the coast in Western Australia. Due to bull camel attacks in the desert John has been told he has an 80 per cent chance of survival. Throughout his journey John and the camel train has visited schools, aged care facilities and hospitals engaging with the local communities across drought effected areas throughout Queensland and New South Wales. All the community engagement and interaction he has done is a free service in order to provide something back to the communities which have been supporting him and his camels in his walk with farm stays, groceries, beers and logistical guidance throughout the past 7 months. We are hoping to souce funding to do a feature length documentary on his story, flying in and out of his journey around our beautiful country. Honest and raw, he delves straight into his life’s lessons so far, the mistakes he’s made, his battles with addiction and mental health. He said by releasing his story, his battles, the shame that was binding him set him free. Unknowingly inspiring thousands of people to follow their dreams. If anyone is interested in getting behind this story then let me know. I'd love to chat. For more of John's story please go to his website www.johnelliott.com.au and watch a cracking video by Cameron Watt

16.01.2022 Whilst not the day for bikinis at the Moree Water Park it was good to be out shooting with my mate. Ski Club president James Von Drehnen has a big vision for its future and grateful to receive a grant from Bayer to build towards it. He dreams big so if you hear of any other grants popping up give him a call.

11.01.2022 How about them apples. Beautiful Batlow.

11.01.2022 Today is the 67th anniversary of the first ascent on Everest by Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay. Hillary being a kiwi on a British Expedition wasn't in the first summit ascent team however the people of Nepal strongly believe the right men got to the top. When Hillary asked one of the senior Sherpas, Urken Sherpa, 'If I could help Sherpa people, what could I do?' '' 'Urken Sherpa response was 'Our children have eyes, but they cannot see. We need a school.' Ed then went... on to dedicate his life to building schools all over Nepal, then hospitals, airfields, clinics, bridges. The people of Nepal believe without Sir Ed they would be 50 years, 100 years behind where they we are now. The character of this man inspires me greatly. After the summit many people asked who was the first to reach the top and this wasn’t revealed until Tenzing wrote in his autobiography that it was Ed. They were on the summit for 15 minutes and Ed took a photo of Tenzing holding an axe and it was also revealed in Tenzing’s autobiography that Ed declined from Tenzings offer to take a photo of him. I have had the immense privilege as many of you know in traveling to Nepal with Ed’s son Peter and the Australian Himalayan Foundation. Peter is an extremely modest man, gifted storyteller and has followed the legacy of his father by dedicating much of his life to helping the people of Nepal. I once asked Peter on a particularly tough climb day how on earth did he get to the top of Everest. His response was don’t ever look at the top. Just look a little way up the mountain and get to there and then pause. Then set your next goal. That tiny bit of advice I apply often to so many areas of my life. For me. Both men inspire me to be better. I talk to Ed in the skies when I need deep courage and strength. I feel his presence, whether it is there or not who knows. But he gives me strength regardless. I agree with the people of Nepal. God chose the right man to reach the top. God bless his beautiful soul. xx

08.01.2022 So glad your there Cameron Watt to capture more of the adventure! Relieved your all safe John Elliott. High five to the SES . Xx

07.01.2022 If i had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses. - Henry Ford Launching our latest film for SwarmFarm Robotics. What do I really want to say. I love this company, its founders and what they stand for. A farming family based in Emerald who saw a need on their own farm and as entrepreneurs often do, solved the problem. Each of their robots has its own name, personality, commodity it specialises in and home somewhere in Australian agriculture. ... 'What its driving is the next big thing in Agriculture. It's about how do we grow better crops to feed the world and how do we do it more sustainably.' - Andrew Bate

06.01.2022 Thinking of you all John Elliott . I couldn’t cope either if you lost one of your babies. Keep inspiring people with your story. Sending love and good vibes from Queensland man !

05.01.2022 The community of Clermont sure know how to pull off a party! ‘The Quiet Farmer’ was a huge campaign to produce but it was all worth it in the end and we celebrated in style on National Ag Day. Thank you A True Story for smuggling the rabbits across the border into Queensland, Clermont. We love helping you tell your stories.

04.01.2022 Reaching 2,000km as I walked up Capital Hill wasn’t something I planned, neither was carrying the Aboriginal flag which was given to me at the Aboriginal Embass...y by one of the elders, who also welcomed me to country and gave me permission to pass through their land. I’m a proud Australian, I’m proud of the last 100,000 years of history we have, warts and all it’s made us the beautiful country we are today. Truly a moment I’ll never forget. @camcamwatt

03.01.2022 Today is the first day of small business month and the Moree council is using the initiative as a way to say thank you. Here's what they had to say 'Today marks the first day of NSW Small Business Month, and we'd like to take the opportunity to not only say thank you to the wonderful small businesses of the Moree Plains, but also to the locals that support them. Small businesses are vital to our region, by far the largest employers of our local people, the driving force of our economy, and the welcoming faces and characters that greet us in the shops in our main streets. This month, please take the time to say thanks to the business owners of the Plains. It's been a tough few years for many of them, but we know that brighter, more prosperous days are on the horizon.'

02.01.2022 These guys should be famous right!
