17.01.2022 SCAM ALERT If you receive an email similar to the picture below, appearing to be from the Australian Taxation Office, titled 'Tax Refund Notification’ and asking for you to verify your billing information: Don’t click anywhere in the email! It’s malicious and will take you to a fake ‘Tax Refund’ form designed to steal your personal details.... Forward the email to: [email protected] Delete it and don’t respond to the sender. Warn your family and friends to beware of this scam and always be cautious when opening attachments or clicking links in emails. Check out the ATO Scam Alerts page for more info: ato.gov.au/ScamAlerts

11.01.2022 Be mindful and wary of these scam emails coming through apparently from ASIC! If in doubt go to ASIC Connect or head to their website and follow the instructions to check the validity of an email - http://asic.gov.au//servic/scams-targeting-asic-customers/

09.01.2022 We wish all of our wonderful customers a Merry and safe Christmas We will be open from 27 - 30 December as usual. We are closed New Years Day and will reopen on 2 January to start a great 2018

05.01.2022 Watch out for the scam emails going around this month. It looks like it is from AGL Energy - but it isn't! Many of them say they are from 'AGL', 'AGL-Bills' or 'AGL Bills' with the subject line *your name* 'Monthly usage', 'Your electricity usage', 'Monthly Electricity Usage', 'Electricity Bill ######'. The best way to deal with these emails is to delete them. Often the email address they come from are clearly not from AGL. The logo and layout of the emails are different to t...he usual AGL emails. If in doubt and you are an AGL customer, contact AGL directly. Photos of an example of the scam email are in the comments below.
