25.01.2022 It hasn't been the best day for it with rain, hail and shine but the builders are going for it putting up the concrete tilt panel walls. The crane looks a lt closer to the power lines than it actually is.

25.01.2022 We have always been committed to delivering the best outcomes for our staff & clients, so to help the communication flow better between all parties we have developed the Service Management System, where staff & clients can see details of clients assets and complete service history. Staff carry out services and enter the details on the app, clients can log into the client portal and see where their services are up to and if there is any issues in real time. 23.01.2022 Some interesting reading from the Department of Environment and Energy. Did you know last year there was 1,158,000 small split air conditioners sold in Australia? The portion of total electricity consumed by RAC in 2018 was around 24 per cent of all Australian electricity generated. Electricity price increases of more than 30 per cent from 2016 to 2018. Make sure you are getting the correct air conditioner installed for the application, unit capacity, Type and even brand can all play a part in the efficiency of your unit over its life. 22.01.2022 We are moving to 195 Breen St on Tuesday 1st October. This is to allow the builders take over 205 Breen to build our new office.

21.01.2022 We get to see some interesting things at the places we work. These photos were taken in the cellar of the Old Post Office Building, now Visitors information Centre, showing parts of an old display when public were able to access the space. Unfortunately it is now closed to the public due to access issues. Did you know the Bendigo Creek once ran where the building is built?

14.01.2022 Since the first case was detected in China in December, the novel (new) coronavirus (2019-nCoV) has spread rapidly. It has now infected nearly 25,000 people, about 500 of whom have died. On January 31, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the novel coronavirus a public health emergency. Not surprisingly, local HVAC practitioners are fielding queries from clients about whether any precautions need to be taken with regards to air conditioning and ventilation systems. 09.01.2022 Another quality install by the team, this time we replaced a faulty air conditioner with a new one. Not unusual you say? this one is in a Green House at a research facility in Rutherglen. The rooms are climate controlled so scientists are able to create the perfect conditions for plants to grow in.
