09.01.2022 Due to recent developments. We will only being doing contactless consults We will not be seeing anyone with and flu like or respiratory symptoms. We will be wearing masks and gloves. If your pet needs veterinary attention and: You have been overseas within the last 14days Youre experiencing symptoms Need to self-isolate. Please phone us for advice and we can make a plan in line with social distancing recommendations, we are trying to keep waiting times to a minimum. We ask you to: Limit the number of people presenting your pet to just one owner When arriving for your appointment, please wait in your car Please phone us from your car on arrival and we can return the phone call to welcome you into the clinic when we are ready to see your pet. We have sanitiser available at the front counter which you can use when entering and leaving our clinic. Please use social distancing when at the front counter. Please ring ahead for any medication, food or products that need to be picked up. We will have them ready for your arrival to cut down pick up times. We want to ensure our clients, their pets and our staff are properly looked after. We are taking these measures to make sure we can stay open for all your pets needs. We request the following:... *If you are unwell in any way, PLEASE reschedule your appointment or arrange an alternative person to bring in your pet. * When you arrive please call the clinic to confirm your arrival. *Our front doors will be locked so we request you please be seated outside or in your car and we will come and get your pet when it is your turn to be seen. *At this stage we are not allowing clients into the clinic. You will still be able to speak to the vet via phone. Please bring your mobile to the appointment. *If you are requiring any products, medications or food, please phone ahead so there is less wait for you to get these products. Thank you for your patients during this time.
