22.01.2022 A bit of reflection for Monday I want to share: If we want to see change, we need to be willing to see the change in ourselves first and foremost. I see change as a chance to be more. More aware. More open. More evolved. What’s not to love about that!!

21.01.2022 Sneaking away from work for a quicky....lunch! Parenting 4 kids = day date!

18.01.2022 Alright people survey time! Help resolve a ‘disagreement.’ In 1996 when Independence Day movie was released, did you think it was good? Your answer must reflect your opinion at that time......lol

17.01.2022 I’m debating......

17.01.2022 I do love a freshly washed car. Shiny!

15.01.2022 So what do you do after half a day in the sun at the beach? Spend the afternoon playing games with your beautiful sweet boys. Oh and exhausted Kirra after a morning running at the beach. I also don’t know how to craft things on Minecraft so I’m constantly turning to brody who is playing online with a friend, brody, how do I make this?? Brody! Brody? Make this for me? But hey I’m giving it a good shot right? #bondingwithmygrownbabiesthewaytheylike

08.01.2022 Oh. My. God. $30 million!! I can't even imagine what it would be like to spend $30 million on buying a property. But then again, I wouldn't WANT to spend $30 mill on a property. EVER. Think of all the people that money could help..... https://www.domain.com.au//sydneys-biggest-house-sale-thi/

02.01.2022 It's definitely a Seller's Market!! "Buyers ditch inner city for the ‘burbs' as coronavirus crisis shifts demand. Domain‘s new Buyer Demand Indicator, which tracks weekly demand for houses and units across Australia. A higher positive percentage change indicates the buying and selling environment favours sellers, the opposite buyers. ... Demand for Brisbane houses grew 18 per cent since the crisis began. Units didn’t do as well, but were still up 5.6 per cent. Regional Queensland was again better on both measures, up 27.9 per cent and 16 per cent for houses and units respectively. Lifestyle areas like the Sunshine and Gold coasts were performing well, and closer to Brisbane the Moreton Bay region on the city’s northern fringe had good growth in interest too. Those are the areas which are affordable and attractive to first-home buyers. When you have government incentives as well, perhaps it’s helping drive demand towards these areas. Source: Domain
