I’ll just about do a backflip for a clients child to give me a smile like this and my kids manage it with a camera on a tripod while trying to get a set up candid family shot

20.01.2022 Given the announcements regarding Covid restrictions yesterday we unfortunately have no solid idea on when we will be able to start photographing families again. To be able to hold newborn sessions we need the rules to allow visitors in your home & to hold family sessions we would need the rules around wearing masks in open air to be relaxed. We are sad guys, this is extremely hard on this business but it’s also hard for me as a creative person. Working with families & creat...ing artworks that will be treasured for a lifetime fills my soul, it’s my calling & I’m heartbroken at the prospect of not being able to work for possibly the rest of the year but I know this is a small price compared to what some have paid already. Until I can get back safely booking sessions, I’ll continue posting images of my girls & weeping a little every time I see a spectacular golden hour sunset that I should be photographing a family in front of

18.01.2022 Adrienne has always dreamt of becoming a mother however being pregnant during COVID-19 has meant her dream has been nothing like she'd imagined. No baby showers, no gender reveal, no hugs or kisses from excited friends & family, for a while there we didn't think she would even get to have these photos .... but the love she already has for her child is overwhelming, all consuming & trumps all else that this world could throw at her. The women becoming mothers during this pandemic are a whole extra level of fierce

Honestly could be day 4 could be day 30 Either way if my kids ask me for one more dang snack while they are still stuffing their faces with the last lot I’m going to start throwing hot chips at them so they can just fully become seagulls Please parents out there, tell me I’m not the only one who has kids constantly asking for more snacks!? ...
