24.01.2022 Today’s step count. Every day I ensure I get over my 10,000 steps so that I know I moved enough during the day. But not only that, I also get Qantas points with my Qantas Wellbeing app. How do I ensure I get my steps? First of all, I carry my phone everywhere to count them all. I leave drinks in the fridge so that they stay cold and I am forced to get up and move. I go to the shops just to wander around. I clean the house. But most of all, I get in a decent 30+ minute walk e...very day, which counts for at least half of my steps. Basically, my steps add up because I always find a reason to move. #activelifestyle #stepcount #healthyliving

I kilojoule count to manage my weight after losing 10kg. I've maintained this weight for over 2 years now. I walk daily for exercise, as well as complete activities such as aerial silks and various forms of dance. And I complete daily rehabilitation and corrective exercises for my own gait and lower limb problems.... Therefore, everything I ask my clients to do I complete a form of myself.
