23.01.2022 What happens when we have too much of something? It can become a weakness right? I reckon Mother Nature might be on to something with the balance that she displays...... Do you have balance in your life? Work/life Self care/family care Healthy/junk food Mental health Creative/consumption Creative/consumption balance...the equal distribution of time to use imaginations and time to consume via social media and screen time This is so close to my heart because I have been an educator for many years and in many countries and it hurts my heart to say that I can usually tell those children who have balance and who do not when it comes to creativity/consumption balance. It can become a child’s weakness if they are not given time use their imaginations I have this written on my chalkboard and it sits in our kitchen for myself and all to read and to be reminded of balance. The best part is...the kids don’t argue because wentalked about nature

By taking time out to stop and acknowledge the brilliant things in your life... taking time to stop and smell the roses... we keep the positive experiences fresh and appreciated, helping boost that 40% of your happiness levels that you actually influence. In short: Be purposefully grateful. Acknowledge and feel gratitude for whatever health, wealth, relationships, love, intelligence, or opportunities may exist for you right now.
