18.01.2022 My Healy arrived today! I already have it on and feeling energised. I look forward to bringing this into my sessions from Sunday!! If you havent heard of a Healy, its a bio resonance device that works with the energy of the body to create more balance and a healing state. To me, it feels similar to an acupuncture treatment and/or a kinesiology session.

17.01.2022 Did you feel the energy of the New Moon in Pisces last night? A deeply emotional energy, inviting us to surrender and let go of the illusions we may be buying into. For me, it felt like the time to dive into my visioning again (re-visiting my work from start of the year, new year resolutions etc) and go deeper into what Im truly creating in my life and what was based on control or desire. A perfect opportunity to go deeper, be honest and get ready to ACTUALLY do/be it. We wi...ll step into this deeply at my next workshop, Autumn Heart Dreaming on the 6th March, hope to see you there.
