Due to COVID-19 there will be some new policies and procedures in place to protect us all during these times. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the door as you walk in. Please be sure to use this before entering the studio. I will no longer be taking back to back appointments as I need time to clean between every client. I will be thoroughly sterilizing all equipment and furniture before each person enters. Appointment deposits are non refundable and non transferable. If you are any more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and are required to reschedule or you give less than 48 hours notice of your cancellation, your deposit will cover your missed appointment as a cancellation fee. Another deposit will need to be paid in order to secure any future appointments. Please come alone to your appointment, I'll no longer be able to have guests who are not having a treatment and only 1 person is able to be in the studio at a time. If you are feeling unwell in any way please reschedule. If you come to an appointment unwell you will be declined any service and will be charged a cancellation fee, so please keep this in mind. If you are wanting to pay with Afterpay for any Hair Extension purchase you will need to download the Afterpay app prior to attending your appointment.
