16.01.2022 I’d like to take a moment to talk about something important: CLIENT FEEDBACK! . I’m very lucky to say that all of my clients are amazing when it comes to giving great, positive feedback about how much they enjoyed their treatment- it fuels my passion and motivation and I’d like to thank you ALL for being so lovely . But there is another very important part of running a business: CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. ... Lets face it, no one wants to be the bearer of bad news and it can often make us feel uncomfortable in the process. In my experience (not just in beauty, but in life too) constructive feedback isn’t something that isn’t often verbalised, which is a shame because if it is approached with respect and care, it can actually become a tool for a more successful business, and happier clients . I’m a human being: I occasionally make mistakes, but the biggest mistakes are the ones that haven’t been brought to my attention- so let me know! Even if it means sending me an awkward message that we can pretend never happened I promise that I’ll listen to you when try to resolve it as best I can. (And then we can laugh about said awkward message ) . I know it can seem daunting to give some feedback that you think might rock the boat, but at Soul Beauty I aim to ensure that ALL of my clients leave happy and satisfied.
