08.01.2022 Are you planning to purchase a large format printer? Are you looking at MIMAKI? DONT!!! Equipment: great product... Service: absolutely appalling. Worst I ever encountered. As part of selling an equipment comes supporting the client with the service. Well MIMAKI doesnt know what that is. We may be the one-off case but I surely doubt it. Very disappointed
