16.01.2022 In case you're all wondering why we are posting so many experiences from the past, 2019 mark's our 30th year in providing Chauffeur Driven Services. It's mind blowing, 3 decades and most of our customers today, were not even born when we commenced. Many of our customers parents, acquired our services for weddings and special occasions and the good will is very heart warming and I wish to thank each and every customer, for placing their confidence in RSV Limo, The Cars You Wou...ld Rather Be Seen In. My father Carmelo Raco, had a love for the 1957 Chevrolet as a young man, but it was financially impossible to have one at the time. He always talked about it to me and so naturally I become fond of the iconic vehicle. In my late teens, we discussed restoring one and so the journey began. Once restored, suddenly people asked if we could do their wedding and there, Raco 57 Chev Bridal Cars was born, the cars you would rather be seen in. Our name has changed a few times, Raco Chevs, Raco Special Vehicles and now the Brand RSV Limo, which I am proud to boast, is well known and respected. We have had to innovate over time and in doing so, we have introduced many firsts. Victorias first fully licenced "professional" 57 Chev wedding cars, first 1955 Chev Belair Convertible, first 1957 Chev Stretch Limo and proudly today the first and Australia's only Maserati QP Stretch Limo. I used to look into a showroom full of 57 Chevs and now, apart from La Signorina my favorite, the fleet comprises of stretch limousines including Hummer, Mercedes Benz, Chrysler and Maserati. Who knows what is next, maybe Australias first Autonomous Limo, I think rolling out the red carpet may be a challenge on that one In an ever evolving world and industry, we have faced many challenges, yet we have stood the test of time. Today 2019, I sit posting on my smart phone, while in 1989 I was listening to messages on an answering machine using a rotary dial landline to communicate with. At RSV Limo, vehicles and technology may change however, we promise to stay true to our core, which is to provide a true Limousine service and experience that will last a lifetime.

16.01.2022 With the latest rounds of lockdowns, RSV customers have, from our end, experienced as little inconvenience and financial strain as possible. This is because we altered our terms and conditions surrounding payments in the first lock down, to suit the environment we are trading in. RSV have reduced booking fees to bare minimum and balance is due on the day. We know how uncertainty causes strain and therefore amend our terms accordingly. Covid- 19 restrictions affecting booking...s means booking fees paid are not lost, they are transfered as a credit to the new date of hire. Because we dont take upfront payments in full, its one less thing to worry about, if we go into a snap lockdown. In 31 years we have survived recession, Sept 11 economic impact, GFC, Introduction of a Multinational App and Covid -19. We have continually evolved to ensure RSV Limo is here to stay. 12.01.2022 Got for Year 12 formal, and it exceeded expectations by 10000%, and my expectation were already so high (as they did my mum's wedding 20+ years ago)!! They were... on time and the limo (Masarati) was GORGEOUS and an absolute stunner (Best limo out of everyone's my group kept saying too)!!! Can't forget, an amazing service with such a friendly driver, and he was so helpful with music and towards the end with dealing with us, as well as our teen cliche of helping us get service on our phones The whole team as well were easy to talk to as we had the time moved back, and they were so understanding and quick at responding! 09.01.2022 Hi All. We recently received calls by concerned customers thinking that they could not hire a limo during lockdowns. This is not the case. Limos are a commercial passenger vehicle like taxis and rideshare. Although atendee numbers for certain events have been restricted, we are still able to provide our services for them. There are no caps on passenger numbers, other than the vehicles capacity. Our vehicles are sanitised before and after each trip and the driver sits way up ...front in the forward cabin, totally separated from the rear cabin.
