16.01.2022 Combine and Tractor Employment Application for upcoming Harvest Tldr; we are looking for mechanically minded, hard working people to make our team for the 2019 Tasmania, Australia Harvest starting early January and finishing late February. Unfortunately, because of weather conditions in Central NSW and Victoria, Radford Harvesting is forced to consider the possibility of no work in those areas. So this selection process will be geared towards the Tasmanian season with the pos...sibility of an early start. The Tasmanian harvest requires a higher skill level. With that in mind, we will be favoring people with experience, patience and a positive attitude. Every driver will be required to perform maintenance on their machines and in the event of a breakdown will also need to assist the mechanics with repairs so a basic knowledge of tools and mechanics is a requirement. Drivers will need to be versatile, resourceful and reliable. Your role is such that you need to be able to take direction without question, and work well in stress. Please do not apply if you find you are the type to crack under pressure due to the high stress, ever changing and high stakes nature of the job. We want you to enjoy yourself (we have fun too) and you will not have a good time if you are not honest with yourself and about your character when you apply. Confirmation of your employment may take some time, as this is a long process. Apply here: https://goo.gl/forms/Bk2jFGh16VmCibaz2
