18.01.2022 I loved this definition of Hatha Yoga, also a great article. Do have a read. Hatha is the branch of yoga in which we use the physical practices including postures, breathwork, dietary selection, and other external means to build better control of our thoughts in order to move ultimately toward one-mindedness. As part of this, we strive to balance the seemingly-dualistic aspects of body and mind, with the understanding that these polarities are a natural part of life and are always in fluctuation. In this awareness, we strive to move toward greater harmony while also increasing our understanding of and identification with the greater principles that transcend these dualities.

15.01.2022 I tend to retreat post retreats! Especially from social media. I find that a week or 2 off social media really helps clear my mind, let me hear my inner guidance and keep me grounded. So its only now, 2 and a bit weeks later that I am sharing some photos from our past retreat Time Out 12 - 14th Oct. It was a very special weekend. Lots of people expressed some very deep shifts that occluded for them. I felt honoured to host such a beautiful bunch of humans.

I have the pleasure of creating and hosting this event with two amazing women Lani Jean and Fernanda Reschke.
