Do you feel tired and sluggish and wish to have more energy and vitality to go along with all the upcoming greenery and blossoms in nature? It is absolutely normal to feel that way at the end of winter when the body is coming out of the quieter times with more food and less movement.... Going inwards also allows us to check in with our dreams and visions so that we can create aligned action steps towards those dreams and visions. In addition, it allows us to acknowledge our past hurts and stumbling stones. ...
