13.01.2022 On 9 November 2020, ARWA hosted ‘The future of nuclear medicine and its by-products’ roundtable at Parliament House, Canberra. The roundtable discussion focussed on the growing demand for nuclear medicine and the corresponding increasing need to better manage radioactive waste currently stored in more than 100 locations across the country. The committees were crucial in providing advice on how each application demonstrated community benefit to the Kimba region.
