24.01.2022 SUP PADDLE & YOGA SUNDAY 29th Join me for a Group Paddle to explore the beautiful Maroochy River and Goat/Channel Islands. The paddle will take us through my 'serene sanctuary' - the middle of the island, while checking out the abundance of birds and marine life along the way in the beautiful clear water at high tide. We'll then find a quiet spot to anchor up and get our Zen on with some slow moving SUP yoga to soothe and nourish your soul, ending with the amazingl...y blissful sensation of Savasana (resting pose) floating on your own little island, gently rocking in the sunshine.
