13.01.2022 The strength of your mind determines the quality of your life. Happy New Year’s Eve everyone This year I challenged myself to an alcohol free year, and I have achieved it! ... It was an adjustment to begin with but it certainly became easier as the time passed by. It sparked a lot of questions and curiosity as to why I was doing it, but the main reason was to better my health and to have more energy. I have loved the mental clarity it has given me, along with the strength and self control I have realised I have! I’m still not sure what next year will look like or if I will cheers a champagne at midnight tonight, but I’m pretty proud that I have made it this far!
