23.01.2022 A great little snippet of a video...when the horse synchronizes his or her heartbeat to the ours (as humans) we can experience regulation of the autonomic nervous system. This can greatly assist ease trauma, stress and anxiety because our system is regulated, automatically from a sympathetic state (stress) to a parasympathetic stress (calm). Even though there is a science behind it...horses are just magical in what they do just by simply being horses!
