14.01.2022 Hi Everyone an email had been sent to parents of girls whom played Sizzling 7s and those girls in our program that are 11yo -18yo asking for Expression of Interest regards to up coming Frosty 7s Competition starting 25th July. 11.01.2022 Awesome turnout for the Mermaids- Open Training Session for MJRU junior girls. Great to have our senior mermaids on hand to showcase their training and share with our junior girls how much fun it is to keep playing sport all the way to adults. Thanks again to Tua Marsters and his team of coaches for taking the time to go though drills and skills. Girls are looking forward to next week !

These session are not just for the elite, it’s for all our U11-U18 girls that would like to learn how to prepare their bodies for the riggers of the upcoming season.
