Chill out at the Railway Tavern and smell the roses, tantalize the taste buds with a great selection of dishes to dine the afternoon and night away..... see you soon bookings preferred for big groups. 18.01.2022 The Railway Tavern is on wind down after a very busy tourist season. Starting next week opening 4.00pm with limited meal bookings at night. The business will be closed from the 18th October for a period of month to six weeks for renovations. Caretaker will be on premise's but not open for any pub business. Accommodation rooms available call for details 99341120.

17.01.2022 One of the last meals we had before Cyclone. Ryan has become a very dear friend and insisted he return to help out after cyclone. He helped out with all the heavy work, stock takes, cook us lovely meals and so much more and just being a great companion over this strange time for us- what a treasure.

04.01.2022 Our second week of ISO and major rethinks and working with the new life-- we all have at present.. We are still doing take a way beverages, and special's with cool drinks. Food take a ways is not a daily option at this time, but more than happy to cook if there is a special need, or order is workable for opening the kitchen. We have just past our 15 years of service at the Railway Tavern and blow me down long service leave has us isolated in this beautiful building all to our selves...at present. Hope not too long before we can enjoy every ones company, good food and stories.
