11.01.2022 The Indian Pacific was an amazing service from Perth to Sydney without changing trains due to the new standard gauge railway. 2.5 day journey, sleeping cars only with roomettes (single berth) or Twinettes (double bunk). Very similar to the restored Southern Aurora Twinette carriage on display at the Railway Barracks.
