We are monitoring the island closely and will keep our customers informed with any new information we have. At this point it remains open and safe for our customers. (there are a few campsites still shut) Please contact us if you have any questions about your upcoming hire. FYI - The fire was started over a month ago from an illegal campfire. It's burned through 25,000 hectares of national park and continues to burn. We remind our customers time and time again no fires outside of designated areas and here is why.
