18.01.2022 What can you challenge yourself today? I push myself to run on treadmill a bit longer everyday, yesterday I run 5 minutes then 1 minutes walk for rest then the other 5 minutes run. Today I walk 2 minutes, 10 minutes run then 3 minutes walk for cool down. Keep motivated and push your limited a bit further everyday (under your ability allow you to do that, safety first haha) Happy self challenge.
