25.01.2022 As we enter into this new normal with Stage 2 Easing of Restrictions now in place and get back to doing things we love, please know that we are doing our best to get back to business. There might be longer than usual wait and respond times, lower stock levels or important instructions to follow to keep everyone COVID safe. Please be patient with us as we might take times to serve you as efficient as we could and also to respond to your enquiries or bookings. Also our play ti...me will be in 3 different slots so to give us enough time to sanitise the areas in between slots. Booking for play time is still essential until we fill up the maximum capacity of the centre(9am -11am; 11:15am- 1:15pm; 1:30pm-3:30pm). So please book via Facebook msg, website or call us. We will try to respond as soon as we can.

21.01.2022 In response to some of our customers concern regarding our business operation during this time of coronavirus (COVID-19) that is rapidly changing the way we are running our daily lives, Rainbow City Playcentre & Playbarn (Underwood & Hillcrest centres) will continue to do business and OPEN our usual 6 days a week, and after hours private hire. We have adjusted our party bookings per day to make sure that the centre will be kept at below 80 people at all time to make sure ever...yone is comfortable and a good distance apart. It is usually well under 80 people per congregation during the week. As you would expect, all our staff are fully aware of the current requirements and making sure that all areas of the Playcentre are sanitized and cleaned thoroughly at all time. We also provide hand sanitizer and hand wash to make sure that everyone should clean their hands before entering the centre and after play. If you are concerned about the capacity especially during Saturdays, please call us on 07-3290 0434 (Underwood) and 07-3133 3044 (Hillcrest) to check before coming.

19.01.2022 We have made the decision to temporarily OPEN FOR BUSINESS BY BOOKING ONLY for at least two weeks until Sunday, 16th August 2020 based on the unfolding COVID-19 situation in Southern Brisbane and Logan, Queensland. As of tomorrow, Monday 3rd August 2020, we are returning to the PLAY BY BOOKING ONLY model, with 2 booking sessions per day Monday to Saturday, made as a precautionary measure to prioritize the health and safety of our staff and clients. The 2 booking sessions w...ill be for 2.5 hours each time. 9am 11:30am, 11:45am 2:15pm. Just call us or drop a message on Instagram to check for availability. Our party and private hire will continue operating, as before, under our previous arrangement. All our party packages information can be found on our website. Lets continue to slow the spread by practicing good hygiene and physical distancing, and to please remain compassionate and supportive of each other during this challenging time. 19.01.2022 Do you know that our Underwood and Hillcrest centres have their own Facebook and Instagram?. When you do booking for play or party, please specify the centre so we can be sure to fill you in the correct slots/location as soon as possible before it is full. Both centres are full tomorrow morning. We can only take bookings from 11:15am - 1:15pm or 1:30pm to 3:30pm slots(depend on numbers). Email or Facebook us for your preferences if you are keen to come tomorrow Saturday 13/6/20. Please call in to check for availability on dates and time during Stage 2 Restriction period and book in advance. We know is going to rain tomorrow and you might want to come in and play. But you know we can take 20 people at a time. So please dont just walk in and get disappointed.

01.01.2022 Good Morning All, Due to the government is treating the COVID-19 Pandemic very seriously, the Prime Minister's office has released further information last night that all indoor gathering areas including entertainment centres/cafe must close by noon today Monday 23/3/2020 until further instructions to open. Rainbow City Playcentre & Playbarn are under this categories and hence, we have to close indefinitely. We want to believe that this will just be a short while. But, WE WIL...L BE BACK SOON!
