14.01.2022 Why rainbow dance? In a society the discourages individualism and cuts the cord between us and our natural way of being, often we find ourselves feeling lost and disempowerend. When we are not expressing ourselves with 100% truth, it can manifest in ugly ways. Surrounding ourselves in an environment and with people who encourage and bring out the best in us is so important for our liberation. Rainbow dancing not only promotes health for our physical bodies, but celebrates the unique beauty, strength and energy in all of us. The tribal influence helps connect us to our ancestors who knew the rhythms of this land and our bodies perhaps little more than we do and the contemporary allows us to bend and interpret the moves with our own personal take. 08.01.2022 Rainbow Dancing is a contemporary-tribal fusion that creates a space for creativity and expression of our truest-selves. A class can involve movements inspired by the five elements and the different energy centres within our bodies. Anyone is welcome and can join in Rainbow Dancing as is suited to any 'level'. The class can be used from simply to work and nurture the body to delving deep into energies, memories, thoughts and feelings needing to be released. The class aims to ...bring about a sense of deep appreciation of self, cleansing, ecstasy, liberation and balance. Rainbow Dancing welcomes all and respects the different paths we walk with open hearts and free from judgment. Everything is accepted and embraced during (and outside of) class from laughing, crying & howling to your heart's content.
