05.01.2022 #FUN I see we have some new followers on here so I thought I should re-introduce myself. Hi I am Roxanne Dow and I teach children how to relax with Mindfulness and Meditation. I absolutely love it because I get to see children begin to understand their emotions and see their little faces so happy and peaceful.... Helping children gain self confidence and learn how to Relax is such a joy, I truly love what I do! I would love to hear from you and learn more about what you do. Mostly I help Parents who are worried about the anxiety and stress their children are experiencing. I am currently running afternoon classes at the Youth Involvement Centre in Port Hedland on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. But that's enough about my business ... let's get to know each other! The 3 things I love are: Hanging out with my Grandchildren Swimming at the Beach Relaxing with my husband What do you love to do?
