Managing Anxiety: Kids’ Intensive Workshop This workshop is designed to teach you and your children some calming and stress management strategies and techniques that can be used in any environment including home and school.... It is open to our children and their parents/carers and is suitable for: 1. current students as a reminder and practise session, 2. for new students and families as an introduction session and 3. for anyone who just needs that little extra support at this time of year. (Parents/Carers attend for free but I do ask that only one adult attend per child so as we can comply with COVID density requirements).
