23.01.2022 LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL FOR OUR YEAR 12s This is the last official week of classes for our Year 12 students before they venture into their SWOTVAC week, and then into exams! Kirsten, Lucas, Mason, Macy, Jordy, Matthew, Max, Nicholas, Xavier (absent) and Alannah (absent) have had an extremely tough final year of their secondary schooling to say the least! One for the history books. They have shown maturity, resilience, dedication and mental toughness throughout remote and o...nsite learning, facing all the crazy obstacles a pandemic can throw their way...As if Year 12 isn’t hard enough! If you happen to bump into them, or see them wandering down the street, be sure to give them an elbow bump, and thumbs up and a socially distant pat on the back to congratulate them on their efforts. Please wish them luck before they begin their final exams! Well done Year 12s. You’ve done us all here at Rainbow P-12 College proud! See more

11.01.2022 HANDS ON LEARNING IN ACTION Over the last few weeks Miss Kruger, Mr Smith and the Hands On Learning (HOL) team have been working with the local Parks Crew. The Parks project the HOL students have been working on was for the redevelopment of the Lake Albacutya Western Beach overnight horse camping site. On Wednesday 11th Nov with lots of hands-on learning taking place, the students measured and marked out the location for the bollards, set up string lines for accuracy, ...prepared holes for concreting, mixed concrete ratios, installed bollards then finally checked accuracy with the use of a spirit level! Lots of life skills to be learnt there! Our amazing HOL team at Rainbow P-12 College has been the poster school for a lot of projects over the years, featuring in magazines and school bulletins etc. Most recently, the students have featured on the official Hands On Learning Twitter page! Well done to Miss Kruger, Mr Smith and our incredible HOL students. You all continue to do us proud! See more

03.01.2022 VCAL INNOVATIONS - SENSORY ROOM UPDATE Below are some images of what our incredible VCAL students have been doing so far this term on their sensory room project. Due to remote learning, the construction side of this project had been bought to an abrupt halt. However, now back to onsite learning, the VCAL students are going full steam ahead to hopefully have their sensory room completed by the end of term 4. The teamwork, leadership, communication and skills these students demonstrate in their VCAL classes is inspiring. We can’t wait to show you the finished product!
