We felt entirely at ease throughout the entire lead up to the wedding and during the ceremony itself, which surprisingly flew by. We have had multiple people tell us about how much they loved your style and your blend of humour and emotion through the weaving of our love story, and we couldn’t agree more. Even our wedding coordinator comme...nted that your style and demeanour was beautiful and she wanted to have you back for more weddings at Spicers Hidden Vale! If anyone based on the Gold Coast or Brisbane is looking for a marriage celebrant we couldn’t recommend Marilyn more, from the first meeting to the last she provided us with lots of assistance and support and has access to a great online resource bank for vows and askings and other ceremony tidbits. 14.01.2022 Happy 1st Anniversary Angie & Tammy married 2 March 2019 Angie & Tammy decorated their home themselves so creatively and their marriage was a celebration of their love surrounded by those they love. We included so many of their wonderful guests in the handfasting and other important parts of the ceremony. Everyone had a laugh especially taking photos after with the crazy glasses their friend and photographer brought with him. Ange and Tam wrote some beautiful words for me tha...t I wanted to share... We really had no idea how much was involved only 2 months prior to us tying the knot with a Rainbow Handfasting Ceremony, which Marilyn suggested and was perfect for us. From our 1st conversation with a phone call to Marilyn we felt a sense of connection, like she already knew us and she genuinely wanted us to have the best experience, which we absolutely did enjoy every moment and everything just fell into place. 04.01.2022 Happy 1st Anniversary Emily & Ronja! I remember your wedding day so well at the amazing Pether's Rainforest Retreat on Tamborine Mountain. Two of the most beautiful brides walking up the aisle with your dad's then back down the aisle hand in hand on an absolute high! We laughed, had fun together there was romance & tears of joy and a loving grounded connection. Marcel and I wish you all the happiness in the world for tomorrow. You love yummy vegan food and cooking for each ot...her and I am sure you will celebrate with one of your culinary masterpieces....I suspect you are still buying way too many vegetables at the markets too. Thank you again for the wonderful Love Letter you wrote for me; Marilyn, we can’t thank you enough for the part you played in our wedding. All our friends and family have commented on how beautiful and unique the ceremony you created for us was, and how nicely you captured our personalities. We met with other celebrants but knew straight away that you were the right fit for us when we met. You were a calming influence during the ceremony as well as in the months leading up to it during a hectic period of wedding planning. We decided to include the wine box ceremony which turned out to be a beautiful addition that we will remember every year when we crack open a new bottle and read our vows and letters! On this day in 2019 Zane Hazelman - Morettes & Jules Hazelman - Morettes married in an intimate ceremony with all their special family and friends in the Grotto of Tamborine Gardens Wedding Resort.
